Growing up in a family with a lifelong passion for tourism and hospitality, Efe has always believed that exceptional service is about creating unforgettable experiences, not simply providing accommodation. As a qualified hotelier, he graduated in Hotel Management and gained valuable experience with internationally recognised luxury hotel brands, including Swissôtel, before returning to lead Villa Sole with a clear vision: combining the warmth of a family-run business with the standards and service of a luxury boutique hotel.
As Hospitality Manager, Efe oversees every aspect of the Villa Sole experience. Leading a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals, maintenance specialists, concierge staff, and airport transfer partners, he ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised stay from arrival to departure.
Having spent years exploring Kalkan and Turkey's spectacular Turquoise Coast, Efe takes great pride in sharing the destination he calls home. His hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality have helped establish Villa Sole as one of Kalkan's most trusted luxury villa brands, renowned for its personalised service and exceptional guest experiences.
