Our Terms & Conditions

Cleaning and Maintenance

• At Sole Kalkan, hygiene and guest comfort are our highest priorities. Our housekeeping team follows hotel hygiene and safety protocols, and each villa is professionally cleaned before arrival.

• For stays of 14 nights or longer, we provide one complimentary mid-stay clean. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request and are subject to a 8,000 TL charge.

Check in- checkout

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM.

• A one-hour grace period is provided until 11:00 AM.

• After this time, a late check-out fee of £100 applies.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or accept requests made after the booking has been confirmed or during the stay, as availability depends on operational schedules and incoming guests.

• Water Dispenser Each villa is equipped with a 19-litre water cooling dispenser. • Replacement water bottles are available throughout the stay and are charged separately. Guests may arrange deliveries directly with the water company (the phone number is available at the villa) or seek assistance from our local hospitality manager, who is available to help whenever required.

• Entertainment Depending on the villa: • PlayStation PS3 / PS4 • Netflix • Ping pong table or football table • Board games* • Selection of books

• Outdoor Living All villas include: • Sun loungers • Sunbed • Swing chair • Outdoor dining area • Multiple seating areas

• Family-Friendly Amenities Complimentary: • Baby cots • Highchairs • Travel agents are kindly requested to note these requirements at the time of booking.

• Coffee Facilities Each villa includes: • Filter coffee machine • Coffee filters

• Daily Pool and Terrace Maintenance • Pool and terrace areas are cleaned and maintained daily. • Regular rubbish collection is available throughout the stay.
