Cleaning and Maintenance

• As Sole Team, we are very cautious about hygiene standards. Our housekeeping team work meticulously and follow hotel hygiene and safety protocols during their cleaning. The villa will be handed over to you clean during the check-in.

• For stays of 14 nights or longer, we include one complimentary mid-stay clean. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee; you must inform us in advance if you would like to arrange this

Check in- checkout

Check-in time: 4:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• We offer a 1-hour grace period for check-out (until 11:00 AM). After this, a late check-out fee of £90 applies.
  Important: If you would like a late check-out, please notify us of this request at the time of booking or as early as possible.

• Early check-in is also possible, subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

What We provide*

• Air Conditioning: All rooms are air-conditioned.

• Internet: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout all floors.

  Please note that the guests should bring their own devices.

• Hairdryers: Provided in each villa for guest use.

• Beach Towels: Available for each guest.

• Welcome Hamper: Includes a selection of tea, coffee, biscuits, and a variety of local snacks to

  start your holiday on a relaxing note. (Please note: the selection may vary depending on

  stocking availability.)

• Water Cooling Dispenser: Each villa includes a 19-litre water dispenser for guest convenience.

  Please note that while the dispenser is provided, the water itself is not included in the rental. However, our on-site property manager is happy to assist guests with ordering additional water during their stay, for which guests will cover the cost directly.

• Entertainment for Younger Guests:
  o PlayStation PS3/PS4 console with a selection of games
  o Netflix access
  o Ping pong table or football table (depending on the villa)
  o Board games (e.g., chess, backgammon) and a small library of books

  • Outdoor Seating: Sunloungers, a sunbed, a swing chair, and plenty of seating space are available for guest use.

  • Children's Amenities: Highchairs and baby cots are available free of charge. Agencies should request /note the booking confirmation upon booking.

  • Coffee Machine: A filter coffee machine is provided in each villa. Coffee filters are included in the welcome hamper.

  • Utility Equipment: Includes an iron, ironing board, and clothing rack.

  • Cleaning Supplies: Washing liquids, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps, and detergent are

    provided.

  • Parking: Free on-street parking is available near the villa.

  • Pool and Terrace Maintenance: The pool and terrace areas are cleaned and maintained daily

    to ensure a pleasant outdoor environment.
